ELISA法是免疫診斷中的一項新技術，現已成功地應用於(yu) 多種病原微生物所引起的傳(chuan) 染病、寄生蟲病及非傳(chuan) 染病等方麵的免疫診斷。也已應用於(yu) 大分子抗原和小分子抗原的定量測定，根據已經使用的結果，認為(wei) ELISA法具有靈敏、特異、簡單、快速、穩定及易於(yu) 自動化操作等特點。不僅(jin) 適用於(yu) 臨(lin) 床標本的檢查，而且由於(yu) 一天之內(nei) 可以檢查幾百甚至上千份標本,因此，也適合於(yu) 血清流行病學調查。本法不僅(jin) 可以用來測定抗體(ti) ，而且也可用於(yu) 測定體(ti) 液中的循環抗原，所以也是一種早期診斷的良好方法。因此ELISA法在生物醫學各領域的應用範圍日益擴大，
可概括四個(ge) 方麵：
1、免疫酶染色各種細胞內(nei) 成份的定位。
2、研究抗酶抗體(ti) 的合成。
3、顯現微量的免疫沉澱反應。
