抗生素檢定培養(yang) 基Ⅵ號由於(yu) 這類培養(yang) 基成分複雜，製備吋很微小的偏差都會(hui) 對培養(yang) 基的性能造成很大的影響，因此，使用商品化的脫水培養(yang) 基和製備好的抗生素補充液。

用途：用於(yu) 細菌總數測定、純培養(yang) 及保存菌種，也可用於(yu) 消毒效果測定；用於(yu) 沙門氏菌培養(yang) （GB）。
性狀:有各種不同的配方，如牛肉膏粉90g、蛋白腖270g、食鹽136g、瓊脂粉520g、無水碳酸鈉9g。易潮解。加水煮沸溶化後呈淺黃色半透明液體(ti) ，pH7.4（±0.2），冷至45℃開始凝固。  稱取本品33g，加入蒸餾水或去離子水1 L，攪拌加熱煮沸至*溶解, 分裝試管或三角瓶，121℃高壓滅菌15min備用。
貯存 旋緊瓶蓋，貯存於(yu) 避光、陰涼幹燥處。

抗生素的平板抑菌實驗結果
將萬(wan) 古黴素、頭孢噻吩、紅黴素分別以不同的濃度添加到基礎培養(yang) 基(腦心瓊脂)中，接種定量菌液，觀察抑菌效果，以確定zui終的抗生素組合和添加濃度。結果表明，萬(wan) 古黴素、頭孢噻吩適合使用於(yu) 阪崎腸杆菌選擇性培養(yang) ，與(yu) 定量抑菌實驗結果*；而紅黴素與(yu) 定量抑菌濃度實驗結果不*，不適合使用於(yu) 阪崎腸杆菌選擇性培養(yang) 。
